Hibiscus Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 inch ginger peeled (optional)
  • Sugar or honey to taste

Method
 

  1. Bring water to a boil then add the dried flowers. Turn off the flame and let steep for 2-4 hours until completely cooled. Strain out flowers and reserve for cooking or discard.
    Serve.
